第３６期囲碁名人戦七番勝負第１局 ● 山下敬吾本因坊 対 ○井山祐太名人

平成１１年９月２日終局 東京椿山荘, 挑戦者が先勝 　１日から東京都文京区の椿山荘で打たれていた第３６期囲碁名人戦七番勝負（朝日新聞社主催）第１局は２日午後７時２０分、挑戦者の山下敬吾本因坊が２７３手までで井山裕太名人に黒番５目半勝ちし、初の名人位獲得へ向け好スタートを切った。持ち時間各８時間のうち、残りは挑戦者、名人とも２分。　第２局は１４、１５日、京都市左京区の国立京都国際会館で。
